Love this backpack but I gave it 4 stars because there's no key bungee or pen holders inside the bag. That should have been a no brainer improvement. uch that comes with it. The only thing I really wish Lug would stop doing is putting the wipeable plastic and plastic feet on the bottom - it cheapens the look of every bag this comes with. These are such wonderful and well made bags: why not use the VL fabric on bottom to make it easy to clean, with the little metal feet other bags have? The Aviator made great use of that concept, so it doesn’t seem like this would be impossible. Otherwise highly recommend the backpack, which I will mainly use for traveling. Read Less
